Who We Are

  • The DPD Framework began with a question:

If the mind can unconsciously fragment into different identities under distress, what would happen if people could intentionally switch into the personas needed to meet the demands of any moment?

While studying Biological and Cognitive Psychology, founder Kokoro Robinson became fascinated with how the brain, nervous system, biology, and behavior influence human performance, and how people think, learn, communicate, solve problems, and make decisions.

That question became the foundation for a different way of thinking about human performance.

    Not personality as identity.

    Persona as organized behavior.

The DPD Framework is supported by more than 20 disciplines and 50 research domains, including Neuroscience, Learning Science, Performance Science, Game Theory, Systems Theory, Flow Theory, Neuroplasticity, Priming Theory, Habit Formation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and more.

It is also grounded in more than three decades of Global Talent Acquisition experience, including 75,000+ interviews, 1,000+ placements, and leadership work spanning North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, where one pattern became impossible to ignore:

Most teams did not struggle because of talent.

They struggled because of behavioral misalignment.

    Some people were dreaming.
    Some were planning.
    Some were trying to execute.

    All at the same time.

    That is where friction lives.

The DPD Framework emerged as a simple, science-forward solution built around four universal modes:

Mind Dumping – Clearing thoughts, concerns, ideas, and priorities

Dreaming – Imagining and envisioning possibilities

Planning – Organizing and structuring ideas into action

Doing – Prioritizing, executing, and driving results

    And three intuitive personas:

Dreamer Persona – Focused on ideas, possibilities, innovation, and future opportunities

Planner Persona – Focused on structure, organization, coordination, risk, and strategy

Doer Persona – Focused on action, execution, problem-solving, and results

Together, they create a shared behavioral language that helps individuals and teams improve communication, collaboration, innovation, and execution in real time.

Today, the DPD Framework has evolved into the world’s first persona-based Behavioral Operating System™ for individuals, coaches, SMBs, and enterprise teams.

Because the future may not belong to those with the most fixed personalities.

It may belong to those with the greatest ability to adapt, align, and move together with clarity and flow.

DPDing! Persona-based Behavioral Coordination for individuals, coaches, and teams.

  • At the core of the DPD Framework are four values that make real-time behavioral alignment possible:

    Humility. Respect. Trust. Commitment.

    Humility
We recognize that no single perspective is complete. We set ego aside so we can align around what the moment requires, not what we prefer.

    Respect
We honor how others are operating in the moment. Different postures are not wrong, they are necessary. Respect allows us to work with them, not against them.

    Trust
We trust each other to assume the right persona when it matters. Trust is built when we move together with clarity and shared intent.

    Commitment
We commit to the process. We name the mode, assume the persona, follow the rules, and switch together when the mission changes.

    What We Believe

We believe self-awareness is only the beginning.

When individuals reconnect with their ability to dynamically and situationally switch, they evolve beyond calcified, inherited personality patterns.

The DPD Framework makes relational awareness the priority.

Because performance is not just about understanding yourself.

It is about understanding others and moving together in alignment.

Let’s dream, plan, and do together. DPDing!
