As a member of the DPD Instructional Design Council, she translates behavioral science into practical, high-impact training, leading curriculum design and certification development for the DPD Framework. Nicole blends instructional rigor with creativity, leveraging modern learning frameworks and AI-enhanced tools to create inclusive, engaging, and outcome-driven experiences that help individuals and teams perform at their highest level.
